Prince Harry is back in London for the start of what is expected to be a nine-week trial in his legal fight against the U.K. tabloids.
A spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex tells people he is feeling “confident and ready” as his case against Associated Newspapers moves forward. Harry and other high-profile figures including Sir Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley are suing Associated Newspapers for alleged unlawful information gathering like phone hacking from 1993-2011. Associated Newspapers has vigorously denied the claims.
Harry is expected to be in court in the coming days and take the witness stand on Thursday.
“This is the culmination of what has been years of litigation,” a source tells People. “He sees this as an injustice that needs to be righted.”
