According to the LAPD, Richard “threw a bag containing a glass bottle,” missing Quinn but injuring their toddler son
Christine Quinn’s husband Christian Richard has been arrested for the second time this week.
The Selling Sunset alum’s husband was taken into custody on Wednesday night after he allegedly violated an emergency protective order, the LAPD confirmed to PEOPLE. The filing comes after Richard, whose legal last name is Dumontet, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a domestic violence incident involving their son.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE, “Last night at approximately 11:40 p.m. our Hollywood officers responded to a radio call. The suspect, Dumontet, Christian, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.”
On Wednesday, the LAPD shared the details of Richard’s prior arrest, in which officers responded to their residence around 2 p.m. local time on March 19 for a domestic issue.
Victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute,” the public information officer told PEOPLE. “The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim, but the object hit the victim’s child causing injury,” the officer alleged.
Richard was then charged with assault with a “deadly weapon,” and their son, Christian Georges Dumontet, was treated by paramedics.
