Breaking News: Travis Kelce’s comments on podcast that Taylor Swift admits caught her attention

Taylor Swift has admitted she was wooed by Travis Kelce after listening to him lightheartedly berate her on his podcast, ‘New Heights’. Swift, who has been named TIME’s 2023 Person of the Year, revealed she heard Kelce discuss attempting to send her a bracelet during an episode back in July, with the pair meeting up shortly afterwards.

Earlier this year, Kelce confessed he had made a friendship bracelet for Swift. He attended her blockbuster Era’s Tour concert at Arrowhead Stadium, and the two-time Super Bowl champion attempted to meet her backstage to give her the handmade bracelet which featured his phone number.

However, Kelce was gutted to learn Swift does not talk for an hour or so before and after her concert in order to preserve her voice. The pair ultimately linked up in the end, even if the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was a little frustrated at first.

I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Kelce said on ‘New Heights’ back in July

If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets and I received a bunch of them being there but I also wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.”

When asked by brother and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason if he meant his phone number or jersey number, Kelce smiled and said: “You know which one.”
